Name: Guidelines for the Management of Asthma in California Schools

Description: Developed by California Department of Health Services & Department of Education this is a comprehensive resource for school health and other personnel to address asthma in the school setting.  The guidelines address the need to increase the awareness of the problem of asthma in the school settings by providing current, clinically based asthma information and educational materials to school administrators, teachers, coaches, and other school personnel.

Description: This triplicate CDPH asthma action plan includes important consent and authorization language as required by law. Additional translations are available in CAPHI resources in the asthma action plan category.
